來自台南開元市場、以亞洲風味結合創意味覺的 「美滿炸雞」，正式宣布北上插旗桃園環球 A8，首度推出嶄新「炸雞速食店」概念。延續品牌自市集竄起的熱度、夜晚派對般的氣味記 憶與鮮明視覺語言，美滿將市集文化的能量濃縮於精緻速食形式，為北部消費者帶來一場既熟 悉又全新的亞洲炸雞體驗。
在地端掀起熱潮的美滿炸雞，以經典黑糖蜂蜜雞翅與辣薯泥雞腿迅速累積人潮口碑，自 2023 年開幕至今，已成為市集圈最具代表性的「創新亞洲炸雞品牌」。品牌曾與知名電子音樂品牌 「四四拍」、「國語作業簿」打造開元市場限定派對，把傳統市場轉化為深夜舞台，讓「吃炸 雞」成為社群上自帶話題的文化事件。

美滿首間速食店以大面積亮粉色為核心視覺，搭配溫潤木質調語彙，呈現出品牌一貫的俏皮、 街頭與溫度感。開放式視覺與吸睛的菜單燈箱，延續市集攤位的親切距離，同時以更洗鍊的方 式轉化為商場空間。
這不是一間普通炸雞店，而是一次將「市集 × 速食」重新定義的風景：鮮明、輕快、具品牌 識別度，讓首次進軍北部的美滿自帶記憶點。

美滿炸雞的創辦人 Corey 擁有 15 年餐飲經驗，致力於打破傳統亞洲炸雞的刻板印象，以自 家調製的多層次醬汁與更細膩的炸粉比例，讓炸雞有了更鮮明的性格。
嚴選自濱江市場的「雞媽媽」生鮮肉品，精準掌控火侯，讓每一口都保有外酥內嫩、香氣四散 的儀式感。即使冷掉，也依然好吃——這是美滿對亞洲炸雞的基本要求。
北部首店開幕：獨家「炸雞飯捲」首度亮相

12/5 開幕的桃園環球 A8 首店，將推出全台首款 「炸雞飯捲」。靈感來自 Corey 的旅行經驗， 將亞洲飯捲的靈魂與美滿的酥脆炸雞融合成為嶄新形式：一捲握在手中的，是便利、創意，也 是亞洲風味的再詮釋。
此外，台南本店人氣話題「香菜炸雞」亦同步亮相。以香菜製成的獨家翠綠醬汁裹上酥嫩雞塊， 每一口都是熱烈的綠香與喀滋聲，讓香菜控心動、非香菜控也難以拒絕。
速食店也能吃到專門店水準 新誥餐飲助力品牌拓展
美滿炸雞速食店有別於一般標準化的速食店，除了維持對炸雞品質的要求，亦不斷研發各式特 色餐點，將創辦人的職人精神發揮淋漓盡致，讓炸雞速食店也能提供如同專門店一樣的專業美 味。此次與新誥餐飲集團合作，為品牌帶來更完整的營運資源與多元視野，並規劃一年內於全 台拓展 10 家店，將「街頭市集的亞洲炸雞熱情」帶給更多消費者。
為了慶祝桃園林口環球 A8 店的開幕，美滿炸雞速食店除了限定限量的「炸雞飯捲」、台南本 店的「香菜炸雞」，更集結了街頭市集最受歡迎的人氣品項——炸雞柳、全品項炸雞、炸雞吐 司/漢堡、炸雞鬆餅等，炸雞迷們無需再奔波於市集排隊，即可在這裡品嚐到美滿炸雞的各式 創意餐點，輕鬆享受有趣、道地又充滿故事感的亞洲炸雞文化。
