Our experienced management team, led by Grant Chin, has extensive expertise in operating food and beverage brands and representing leading Japanese dining concepts. With 26 years of experience in the catering industry, Grant Chin has held key roles such as F&B Brand Manager at HUMAX Asia Group (1997-2014) and F&B Department Director at VIE SHOW Cinemas Group (2015-2019). In 2019, he founded SHIN GAO, driven by the vision of introducing unique culinary brands to Taiwan and expanding international catering experiences.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including brand recognition, sales and label management, and full project execution. Founded in November 2019, our mission is to bring people’s culinary ideas and imagination to life through innovative concepts and solutions.
